The municipality of Lerum has agreed with Telia to introduce ACE Chatbot. The municipality’s customer center, KomIn, which is the way in to contact the municipality, already uses the contact center platform Telia ACE. Now they go ahead and introduce a chatbot to quickly answer some of the municipal residents’ questions. Lerum municipality has tried a chatbot solution before, but is now making a fresh start with the help of ACE Chatbot. The goal is to modernize and simplify for those who contact the municipality on various issues.
The installation project is already underway and aims to launch the chatbot before Christmas. And who knows, maybe Lerum’s chatbot will be the first to welcome its visitors wearing a Santa hat?
