    Mathias & Fredrik talk AI over morning coffee with Google

    Telia is one of five Google CCAI partners globally. Contact Center AI, a part of Google Cloud, is a collection of technologies to enhance customer experience and streamline interactions using speech recognition, speech understanding, speech synthesis, virtual agents, real-time agent support and much more. Everything is based on market-leading AI and NLP (natural language processing).

    Our own experts on AI, conversational platforms and customer experience, Mathias Johansson and Fredrik Lemming, were invited today to Google’s series of talks Morning Coffee with Google Cloud. Here they got the chance to talk about the future for customer service, Telia’s strategy and how we plan to integrate CCAI technologies into ACE to create new services and experiences.
