“It’s always a bit nervous to get up on the stage, but I am really looking forward to the connection you get with people in the same room. The last time we hit the road was 2019, which in my book is much too long. I come alive in the meeting with people, so my guess is that they will have to carry me out at the end of the events.”
You have been in the CX business since 1998. Can it possibly still be fun and challenging?
“If it’s fun and challenging? More so now than ever as smart speakers and digitalization has moved us into the mainstream.”

Emma, when was the last time you got on stage and spoke about our solutions?
"I was a speaker at the Contact Center Summit in Oslo before the summer. A customer and I made a joint presentation and spoke about the key factors to their successful automation journey."
What will you be talking about at the Telia ACE Roadshow?
"My ambition is to share relevant and relatable information in the automation and self-service domain, and to do so from a perspective that differs from the dialogues we usually have about functionality and technology."
Lastly, how does it feel?
"Like I am about to start the first day of school. I couldn’t be more excited to finally meet our customers again. I really hope that I get a chance to have conversations about how customer service best communicates the value they create through automation to the organization and what new roles and skills their automation journeys have created."
