Martin & Servera picks Telia ACE

We are happy to welcome Martin & Servera as a new ACE client.
As part of their journey towards a snappier customer experience, Martin & Servera sought a flexible cloud-based platform to manage contacts, both in the traditional phone channel but also for the different digital meeting areas. In the end, after careful evaluation, they chose to go with Telia ACE.
Martin & Servera is Sweden’s leading wholesaler and supplier to restaurants – both in the private and in the public sector. They work purposefully with sustainability issues in food and the food industry.
The agreement, which also includes the cloud switch Telia Touchpoint Plus, extends over 5 years.
