Mathias has worked with speech recognition and natural language understanding since the beginning of 2000, two areas that are central to AI for customer service. Mathias and his team have deep skills in AI and machine learning.

Charlotta is a conversational designer. Her field of expertise is in the design and implementation of chatbots and voicebots. She also educates Telia's customers in becoming bot coaches and creating their own chatbots.
